The theme for this year’s International Open Access week is Open for Climate Justice.
It seeks to encourage connection and collaboration among the climate movement and the international open community. “Sharing knowledge is a human right, and tackling the climate crisis requires the rapid exchange of knowledge across geographic, economic, and disciplinary boundaries.”
Planning for our events and activities is well underway for what is promising to be a truly global event from 24-30 October.
We are particularly thrilled to see a wonderful new website from the International Open Access Week Committee, as well as some confronting new graphics depicting the impact of Climate Change.
